I’ve tried Mary Ruth’s vitamins before and some of them have become a staple in my diet. I found this probiotic and I’m thrilled! I was looking for one for my daughter and this is it!
It comes with a dropper and microscopic directions that made me question whether I was getting old or the writing was just that tiny. I’m going to go with the tiny writing thing.
Anyway, my daughter tolerates these, so I feel like that’s as much of a recommendation as you need.
But obviously consult a doctor and such before you take my suggestion.
